What Do We Do?

Spray Booths

HVAC is an acronym, which can also be referred to as Climate Control.
Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning are closely related principals that all have an effect on the temperature and humidity of oxygen within any building. In addition to controlling smoke and maintaining pressure relationships between spaces it is important to ensure a constant source of clean air to everybody on site. In modern buildings, the design, installation and control of these three principals is usually integrated into a fully functional HVAC system.

Spray Booths and Ovens are designed to remove fumes from industrial environments such as paint spray shops whilst ensuring healthy and suitable working conditions are maintained. It is important that compliance with inspectorate requirements are met. Special paper filters are used to gather and attract any sticky particles, which allow a large volume of fume laden fumes to be extracted from the area safely.

Acoustic Housings

Acoustic Housing is used to store virtually any type of noise-making plant or machinery from printing presses to compressors, pumps and standby generating sets. Soundproofed Control Rooms and Offices are designed to minimise the risks of causing hearing impairments to employees that work in an overly noisy environment whilst providing a suitable working environment for all.
