Airmatic vs. Games Workshop

To show just how wide the scope of our work here at Airmatic actually is, we have taken the time to show some of the work we have been doing with Games Workshop. The main factory is located in Nottingham and is a massive state of the art figurine and model production facility. This factory is where all of the miniature figurines and statuettes are laser cut with the most accurate attention to detail.

For those of you who don't know who Games Workshop are or what they actually do, they are a company who produce the models and figurines for war and fantasy battle games. These small models are usually constructed out of miniscule plastic or metal before being sold to people to build and paint in their own style.
Games Workshop's most popular game is Warhammer and has become some sort of a cult classic. The game has been in circulation since the the earlier 1980's and has a big fan base worldwide. The main aim of the game is to defeat the opponent's army before they can defeat yours, which usually means the stronger army has a higher chance of winning!
Of course the factory in Nottingham has a high production rate and so the paramount factor is to maintain the safe extraction of any waste materials and fumes generatated during the production of the models and figurines. Our job was to design and construct the ducting, which would fit in amongst the factory and maintain a safe environment for all the workers.
